Delivery

All flowertot bouquets will be aimed to be dispatched within 3-5 working days from receipt of  payment.
If you require your gift sooner please contact us and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Flowertot bouquets can be delivered to the new mum and baby at home, a workplace or to yourself, so
that you can deliver them in person. Please note we will not deliver to hospitals, as most wards do not
accept deliveries. If you would like the new mum to receive them during a stay in hospital the please
have them delivered to yourself, that way you can present them yourself and share in the delight each
bouquet gives when received.

All prices include a message card, transporter box and postal charges. There is no charge for standard
delivery. Prices for next day deliveries will be quoted upon request.

Please note we only supply to the UK at present.


Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your Flowertot bouquet, for whatever reason, please return
to us with all original components within 14  days of  receipt, and we will be happy to refund any monies.

Please note we will not refund delivery charges and will not be responsible for any return charges.
It is also asked that proof of postage is retained when returning any products.
